This unique collaboration brings together Airtel’s extensive customer base of 370 million, a vast distribution network of over 1.2 million outlets, and Bajaj Finance’s diverse portfolio of 27 financial products and a robust physical presence with 5,000+ branches and 70,000 field agents.
Initially, Airtel will integrate Bajaj Finance’s retail financial products on its Airtel Thanks App to ensure a seamless and secure customer experience. Gradually, these offerings will expand to Airtel’s nationwide retail network, significantly enhancing access to financial services.

Expanding Product Offerings
Current Availability: Two Bajaj Finance products have already been piloted on the Airtel Thanks App.
Upcoming Launches: By March, four products will be available, including. Gold Loans, Business Loans, Co-branded Insta EMI Cards, Personal Loans, Airtel plans to progressively launch up to 10 Bajaj Finance products this year.
Customer Benefits
Airtel customers can apply for the Airtel-Bajaj Finserv Insta EMI Card via the Airtel Thanks App or at Airtel’s retail outlets. This card offers flexible EMI options and is accepted at over 1.5 lakh partner stores across 4,000+ cities, enabling purchases of goods like electronics, groceries, and furniture. The card can also be used for e-commerce transactions on multiple platforms.
The Airtel Thanks App also facilitates gold loans and connects credit customers to formal financial services, fostering greater inclusion and convenience.
